1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accessing OPH, or purchasing a package, a user agrees to these terms. A parent or guardian must create and supervise child profiles and confirm that they are authorised to provide the required information and consent.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and notify OPH of suspected misuse. Accounts and child profiles may not be transferred or shared outside permitted household and access rules.
3. Learning service
OPH provides educational practice and performance information. It does not guarantee a particular examination result, rank, score, admission, or prize. Content coverage and availability may change through controlled publishing workflows.
4. Tests and results
Attempt limits, timing, scoring, result release, explanations, interruptions, and correction rules are shown for each relevant test. Users must not manipulate attempts, copy restricted content, or interfere with platform operation.
5. Purchases and access
Before payment, OPH shows the product, price, applicable taxes, included content, duration, supported child and class, and relevant restrictions. Access begins only after verified payment or an approved grant. A browser redirect alone does not prove payment.
6. Content ownership and licence
OPH content, branding, software, questions, explanations, and media remain protected by applicable rights. Purchased access is a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service—not ownership of its content.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not share accounts, answers, paid content, or restricted test material.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass, or probe the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious material.
- Do not impersonate another person or falsify payment or identity information.
8. Suspension and termination
OPH may restrict access for security, non-payment, serious misuse, legal requirements, or platform protection. OPH will consider relevant account, payment, security, and legal circumstances when deciding whether access can be restored.
9. Availability and liability
OPH works to keep the service available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security events, connectivity problems, third-party outages, or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
10. Contact and changes
Questions, complaints, or legal notices should be sent through the official details on the OPH Contact page. OPH may update these terms and will publish the revised version with an updated date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to applicable law.
