1. Payments and package access
OPH accepts payments for eligible packages through Razorpay. Access is granted only after OPH securely verifies the payment. A checkout screen or browser redirect alone does not confirm a successful purchase.
2. Information shown before purchase
The Pricing page is OPH’s authoritative commercial source. It shows each active package’s current price, any list-price comparison, access duration, included class and subjects, and material limitations. Razorpay checkout confirms the amount again before payment.
3. Potentially eligible cases
- A verified duplicate charge for the same intended purchase.
- A verified successful payment where OPH does not grant the purchased access within a reasonable resolution period.
- A transaction completed after OPH confirms that the purchased product was unavailable.
- Another case required by applicable consumer law.
4. Normally ineligible cases
Subject to applicable law, normally ineligible cases include change of mind after meaningful content use, purchasing for the wrong class after clear confirmation, failure to use access during its period, or dissatisfaction based only on an examination outcome.
5. Request process
Submit a request through the official details on the OPH Contact page with the registered parent account, order or payment reference, reason, and relevant evidence. Never send a password, OTP, or full card or bank details.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Time taken by a bank or payment provider may be additional. OPH communicates the status after reviewing the verified transaction and package-access record.
7. Failed and pending payments
A failed browser checkout is not necessarily a completed charge. Pending and mismatched transactions are reconciled using verified Razorpay order, payment, and webhook state before access or refunds are decided.
8. Access after refund
When an approved refund reverses a purchase, associated unused access may be revoked. Historical learning records are handled under the Privacy Policy and are not silently deleted.
9. Policy updates and statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law. OPH may update this policy and will publish the revised version with an updated date.
