1. Scope
This policy applies to the OPH website, parent and student portals, administration tools, payments, notifications, and related support processes.
2. Information we process
- Parent account and verification information, including email address and mobile number.
- Child profile information, including class and learning preferences.
- Practice attempts, answers, scores, time spent, and progress information.
- Orders, payment status, transaction references, and entitlements. OPH does not store full card credentials.
- Support messages, content reports, consent records, and account requests.
- Security, device, browser, diagnostic, and essential usage information.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to provide accounts and learning access, operate tests, generate results and progress reports, verify purchases, support users, secure the service, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
OPH sends promotional offers and learning updates by email, SMS, or WhatsApp only when a user separately chooses to receive them. That choice is optional, is recorded with its source and time, and can be withdrawn through OPH support at any time.
4. Children and parent supervision
OPH is designed for children under parent or guardian supervision. A parent or guardian creates and manages child profiles, learning access, consent preferences, and student login access. Parents may contact OPH to request appropriate correction or deletion.
5. Service providers
OPH uses service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication, Cloudflare for private files, Razorpay for payments, and approved messaging or email providers for account and service notifications. These providers process data only as needed to deliver and secure their services.
6. Sharing and selling
OPH shares information only with approved processors, professional advisers, or authorities where necessary and lawful. Personal information is not sold.
7. Retention and deletion
OPH retains account, child profile, attempt, financial, support, security, and backup records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Users may request appropriate correction or deletion through OPH support.
8. Security
OPH uses access restrictions, secure transport, secret management, audit trails, database policies, upload validation, monitoring, and backups. No online service can promise absolute security.
9. Cookies and local storage
OPH uses essential authentication, preference, and security storage required for the service to operate. With your choice, we also count visits and free-test steps using an anonymous browser identifier. You can decline analytics without losing access to the website.
10. Contact and changes
Privacy questions or requests can be submitted through the official contact details on the OPH Contact page. OPH may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the revised policy with an updated date.
