OPH is designed for children under parent or guardian supervision. A parent or guardian creates and manages child profiles, learning access, consent preferences, and student login access. Parents may contact OPH to request appropriate correction or deletion.

OPH uses service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication, Cloudflare for private files, Razorpay for payments, and approved messaging or email providers for account and service notifications. These providers process data only as needed to deliver and secure their services.
6. Sharing and selling
OPH shares information only with approved processors, professional advisers, or authorities where necessary and lawful. Personal information is not sold.
7. Retention and deletion
OPH retains account, child profile, attempt, financial, support, security, and backup records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Users may request appropriate correction or deletion through OPH support.

OPH uses access restrictions, secure transport, secret management, audit trails, database policies, upload validation, monitoring, and backups. No online service can promise absolute security.
9. Cookies and local storage
OPH uses essential authentication, preference, and security storage required for the service to operate. Any non-essential analytics or marketing technology will be introduced only with appropriate notice and choice.
